Operated by a 20+ year police officer with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Primarily worked in Uniform Patrol but has also been on specialized details within uniform including SRT and K9, and also has held supervisory roles throughout his career.

Life as a wife. I have been alongside for the ride throughout his career and more. There have been long days and short ones, there have been laughs and tears. Now as we start a new chapter, I am looking forward to the adventures we take together.

We are Heroes Beyond Mental Distress and are focused on educating first responders on PTSD awareness along with mental well-being. Our credentials are 20+ years law enforcement with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and working on a Masters in Counseling to be finished in 2027.
